My business name is LILI. The creation of the name LILI is from the idea of my father's name "KHALILI" and my father's nickname is "LILI". My business started in January 2022. Furthermore, I sell accessories, namely phone casings. My sales focus is only selling iPhone -modelled phone casings.

Refund & Exchange
LiLi team will work our hardest to make sure all of our product is process and shipped in a good condition. But, if you are not satisfied with the product you've purchased, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received.
You can return the item, if the item received to you is wrong, damage or defective item.
Note : Other reason, will not a valid ground for a return and exchange can be made one time only.
